Yeah Bumblebee still is pregnant/carrying, just not as far along as he was in the dream which is why:
No one else knows about it yet - he's only just starting to get that baby bump
Yes it IS starscream's
And Bumblebee's relationship with Starscream is NOTHING like what he dreamed about, Starscream doesn't really care about Bee, just uses him for his own pleasures, and Bumblebee being starved of that kind of attention keeps coming back for more... and now he's paying the price. (he also fears starscream will grow bored with him and simply leave)

Bumblebee fears that when the others (autobots and starscream) find out, they'll force him to get rid of it...
Waspinator showed up in the dream as the antagonist simply because in his pregnancy-induced-paranoia he fears that waspinator(who is still at large in this story) will use the sparkling(baby) to get revenge on Bee one day

I hope that cleared a few things up, most of that was symbolic in the dream if you had thought about it long enough to make the connections...

To the fanfic writers: I'd be absolutely delighted if this spawned plot bunnies in your head and you let them loose as a fic *loves reading fanfiction*
